We’re pleased to invite you to our School of Juice Live Sessions, held in Greenville, South Carolina! On May 9th and 10th, get a two-day hands-on learning experience with Chef Ari Sexner and Olivia Esquivel, where they’ll teach you essential skills for running your own juice business.

With both classroom sessions and on-site training in the kitchen of Southern Pressed Juicery, we’ll cover topics such as making and bottling juice in bulk, smoothies and bowls, sanitation plans, making your retail space look attractive, social media hacks, and many more!

Chef Ari Sexner

Chef Ari has been consulting for juice companies since 2014, and is the author of “The Juicing Companion”. As a classically trained chef, his specialties include creating custom recipes, calculating costs of goods, designing kitchens, working with the health department, staff training and more.


Olivia Esquivel

Olivia is Co-Founder of Southern Pressed Juicery, the award winning juice bar. Her “Bees Knees” bowl was voted “Top 10 Acai Bowls in America” by USA Today. Olivia specializes in operations management, marketing and PR, branding, and more.


Charlie Wettlaufer

Being a 2nd generation owner of Goodnature, Charlie has been surrounded by the juicing business his entire life. Creator of the Goodnature Juicing Blog, JuiceCon, and Goodnature Radio. Charlie is passionate about helping small businesses succeed.
