Return Policy

Return Process

In order to start the return process, please send an email to support@goodnature.com with your order details and the reason for return. We will respond within 24 hours during the week, Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm Eastern Time (New York). If you prefer to call, you can reach us at 1 800-875-3381. We only accept returns within the United States.

In the case that a return is authorized, Goodnature will schedule UPS pickup of your item(s), where UPS pickup is possible. Once the item arrives to Goodnature, we will inspect it and issue any applicable refund or exchange within five business days. Once issued, refunds may take up to a week to process depending on the payment method.

Return Policies

Juice Machines

M-1 and X-1 Mini machines may be returned within 30 days of purchase. Any order cancellations or returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee for new, unused items in their original packaging. Used items or items without their original packaging are subject to a minimum 30% restocking fee. Customers are responsible for packaging and shipping the machine to Goodnature safely. Damaged equipment will not be accepted. In the event that Goodnature must send new packaging for return shipping, the customer will be responsible for the cost of new packaging and cost of shipping the new packaging to the customer.

X-1 machines or larger juice machines are not returnable. Goodnature may offer to purchase the machine from the customer, but this is done at Goodnature’s discretion on a case-by-case basis.

Parts

Machine parts may be returned unused and in their original packaging for a full refund within 30 days. Shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount.

Apparel

Apparel may be returned or exchanged for up to 30 days for any reason. Apparel must not be worn, stained, or washed to be eligible to be accepted for return.

Printed Items

Printed items (posters, stickers, books, etc.) may not be returned.

Glass Bottles

Glass bottles are not returnable. In the event that the buyer is unhappy with a glass bottle product, Goodnature may offer store credit or a replacement at Goodnature' sole discretion. Due to the nature of glass, it is expected and considered acceptable for approximately 1% of glass bottles to contain slight imperfections such as air bubbles in the glass or white scuff marks on glass from shipping.

Marketplace Items

Items sold by a third party (Marketplace Items) in our Juice Bar Marketplace are subject to the return policy of the Merchant that fulfills the order. Contact the Merchant directly for issues regarding shipments or returns. You may contact Goodnature if you need help getting in contact with the Merchant or resolving a dispute.

Consulting Services

Refunds are not given for consulting services. In the case a customer is not satisfied with the services, we will do what we can to make it right. If you are unsatisfied, please contact us for a resolution.

Online Course / School of Juice

Since full access is given immediately upon purchase, refunds are not available for online courses. If you are unsatisfied, please contact us for a resolution.

Subscription Services

Monthly subscriptions may be canceled at any time, but refunds are not given. If you are unsatisfied, please contact us for a resolution.
