Pomegranate Pear Juice Recipe

This festive juice pairs ripe pomegranates and orange with pear, grape, and red cabbage, while fusing basil and fennel for another layer of flavor.

Ingredients

pomegranate arils2.3 oz
orange (peeled)5 oz
pear8.9 oz
red cabbage0.7 oz
fennel0.6 oz
basil0.1 oz
grapes3.3 oz

Directions

  1. Wash the produce thoroughly.

  2. Pick the grapes from the stems, peel the orange, remove the really green portion of fennel, reserving the white portions for juicing.

  3. Weigh the ingredients.

  4. Juice all ingredients together.

Pro tips

  • Both the stems and leaves of the basil can be juiced.
