Kiwi-Orange-Grape Green Juice Recipe

Inspired by the classic fresh Italian salad, this basil-infused juice combines fennel and orange with grapes and kiwi for amazing depth of flavor.

Ingredients

kiwi (peeled)6.4 oz
green grapes3.2 oz
orange (peeled)2.8 oz
red apple4.2 oz
spinach1.7 oz
fennel1 oz
basil0.2 oz

Directions

  1. Wash the produce thoroughly.

  2. Pick the grapes from the stems and peel the kiwi and orange.

  3. Weigh the ingredients.

  4. Juice all ingredients together.

Pro tips

  • Be sure to peel the orange and kiwi before juicing because the peels have a bitter flavor.

  • You can juice the basil stems as well as the leaves, the stems have a lot of flavor.
