Pro tips

  • For added health benefits (and sweetness), mix in a teaspoon or so of raw honey into your juice. Honey has antibacterial properties that can improve skin conditions. Honeydew makes a nice addition as well!

  • Your cucumbers should be dark green with minimal to no yellow spots – these spots tend to develop once the cucumber becomes overly ripe. If your cucumbers have wax on the outside, make sure to properly remove the wax with a safe veggie wash.

  • When trying to source the best cucumbers for juicing, search for medium-to-large cucumbers that are firm without any soft spots or blemishes.

  • Add dark leafy greens to give your juice a Vitamin A, calcium, and folate boost. Spinach in particular is full of magnesium and potassium!

  • Dealing with inflammation or feeling under the weather? Add a little anti-inflammatory turmeric to your juicer to support your immune system and overall health.

  • This naturally gluten-free juice can be a great base for a green smoothie, or to replace the liquid in your favorite smoothie recipe.
