Fruity Carrot Smoothie Recipe

This immune-boosting fruity carrot smoothie features classic flavor combinations that go well with carrots like orange, pineapple, and ginger.

Ingredients

carrot2.5 oz
ginger0.1 oz
turmeric0.1 oz
orange juice4 fl oz
banana (frozen)3 oz
pineapple (frozen)3 oz
bee pollen powder (optional)0.1 oz

Directions

  1. If making orange juice from oranges, start by cold press the oranges to make the orange juice ingredient. If you're using pre-made orange juice, skip to step 2.

  2. Peel the carrots, turmeric, and ginger.

  3. Add all of the ingredients to a high-speed blender and blend until smooth, about 1 minute.
