Ingredients

lime 1.66 oz 47 g 3/4 lime
red apple 4.20 oz 119 g 2/3 medium apple
green apple 6.20 oz 176 g 1 medium apple
cucumber 1.4 oz 40 g 1/5 cucumber
green grapes 3.4 oz 96 g 20 grapes
spinach 1.2 oz 34 g 1 cup of spinach

Directions

IF YOU HAVE A COLD PRESS JUICER

1.Wash and weigh all produce.
2.Zest the limes, placing the desired amount of zest right into your juice collection container, then quarter the limes and place directly into the press bag.
3.Remove the grapes from the stems and grind the grapes, apple, cucumber, and spinach.
4.Press.
5.Serve over ice (optional).

IF YOU DO NOT HAVE A COLD PRESS JUICER

1.Wash and weigh all produce.

Pro Tips

  • Juice the cucumber with the peel on (remove if not organic). The peel contains beta-carotene, an important antioxidant that the body converts to Vitamin A.

  • Adding a splash of carbonated water will turn your limeade into a fizzy drink – like sparkling limeade!

  • Like mojitos? Try adding rum. Prefer margaritas? Add tequila and blend with ice cubes. Either way, you get an unforgettable cold-pressed cocktail!

  • Want a fancy looking garnish? Add some lime zest to the top or add lime slices to the rim!

  • Replace the fresh lime juice in this recipe with lemon juice if you’d prefer apple lemonade!
