  • 9.48 oz cantaloupe 1/5 medium melon
  • 5.6 oz pear 1 medium pear
  • 2.41 oz strawberry 6 strawberries
  • 0.72 oz lemon 1/5 medium lemon
  • 0.2 oz ginger 2 1/2 slices


  1. Wash and weigh the ingredients.

  2. Peel and deseed the cantaloupe.

  3. Cut lemon in quarters and place directly into the press (If not using a press, peel and juice with other ingredients).

  4. Grind and press the remaining ingredients together.

Pro Tips

  • This is great as a seasonal recipe. In the US, June is prime time for strawberries, and cantaloupes best season is from June until August. When produce is "in season", it tastes the best, is readily available, and typically is less expensive.
  • Peel the lemon if you prefer a lighter flavor. For stronger flavored or full bodied juices, grind these with the peel on. Experiment with using peeled lemons and with leaving the peels on, notice the difference in flavor.
  • Kiwi goes great with strawberry, but it doesn't juice so well. You can try adding fresh kiwi puree instead for a fancy treat.
  • For added nutrition, toss in some kale or spinach. But keep in mind it will impact the color!
  • The finished juice can work well as a smoothie base!
