The Single Layer System
A
self-contained pressing system, the X-1 is essentially
a single-layer Squeezebox with its own grinder
and catch pan.
This unit is ideal for
produce markets, health food stores and small
scale fruit, vegetable, and herbal operations.
The compact X-1 is capable
of the same high squeezing pressure as large models. It gives
equivalent yields for carrots as the nationally renowned Norwalk
press, but delivers in gallons instead of pints.
