The
Goodnature Rack
The
original Goodnature rack can be ordered in high
density polyethylene (HDPE). The zigzag pattern
prevents stress-cracking and cupping and allows
gripping of the cake during pressing.

Goodnature
Press Cloths and Filter Bags
A welcome addition to
any rack and cloth press installation, Goodnature
press cloths are knit from polyester, so they won't unravel or plug.
Our patented filter bag, constructed
in-house, is the result of extensive
testing. We've selected the best fabric and design for
cake release and strength.
Filter bags are constructed
to be used exclusively with GNP Equipment (Models
X-1, X-6, SX200, SX280 MOD)

Goodnature Pomace Feed Systems
Damage-Free Transport of Slurry from
Grinder to Press
Each
of our machines in the PF series is
an integrated pomace feed system with
a motor-driven cavity pump, a hopper
for accumulating the shredded product,
and a frame that protects the pump
and provides direct overhead mounting
for the shredder. PF systems are
designed to feed Squeezebox presses
and are easily cleaned in place. Automatic
pomace feed systems are available
for Maximizer presses.
Specially
designed progressive cavity pump moves
slurry from grinder to press, without
damage, to insure better quality juice
production. Structural steel welded
frame permits top mounting of the
shredder. All contact parts are constructed
of polymer or stainless steel. Heavy
duty, all stainless steel progressive
cavity pump ensures gentle handling
of slurry. Ideal for high production
operations.
Output:
30 U.S. gallons (120 liters) of slurry
per minute is standard. Larger sizes
available up to 200 U.S. gallons (500
liters) per minute, depending on size
of pump.
Hopper
Capacity: Standard is 600 lbs.
(273 kg); available up to 1800 lbs.

Automatic
Manifold Filler System
Fast, Efficient Press Filling
The
Automatic Manifold Filler System was designed
to fill even the largest Goodnature Maximixer
Series Press in minutes. A series
of computer controlled programmable circuits,
with three air-actuated valves on each
circuit, is mounted above the pressing
module. A filling spout is centered over
each corresponding bag. As each group
of valves are opened, feed material is
shot into the bags. An off-set cam rotates
the manifold side-to-side, facilitating
an even distribution of material.
The
entire unit is mounted on casters, allowing
it to be rolled to one side for bag insertion or removal.
Models are available to accommodate all Goodnature
press sizes.
Features
Reduces labor by eliminating
hand-held feed hose. Decreases chances of
unsanitary surfaces coming into contact with
feed material. Cuts filling time up to 66%.
Side-to-side rotation facilitates a uniform
distribution of material in each bag. PLC
controlled. Goodnature pump speed of 150 -
300 U.S. gallons (568 - 1,136 liters) per
minute.

EG Series Grinder
All Purpose Shredder
The EG Series Grinder is designed
especially for industrial duty applications. Seven
fixed blades are welded to two integral-expeller blades
that sweep the screen completely clean for maximum
throughput. This unique design serves two purposes:
- Eliminates the need to regrind
- Prevents the screen from plugging; a problem
that plagues most conventional hammermills
- Materials ranging from fine grass to fruits,
vegetables, and herbs are easily handled
A
hinged cover allows for a quick change between screen
sizes. A safety switch prevents the machine from
running while the cover is open. The 3/16"
(4.76 mm) type 304 stainless steel plate construction
enhances sanitation in food applications, and durability
in industrial installations.
